This agreement is made between the Seller (“Breeder”) and the Buyer for the sale and responsible ownership of a Pitbull puppy. 1. Purchase and Payment The Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price of the puppy, including all applicable shipping and handling fees. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or pickup of the puppy. 2. Care and Welfare of the Puppy The Buyer agrees to: • Provide humane, responsible care for the puppy, including adequate food, clean water, shelter, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care. • Supervise the puppy at all times when outdoors, especially in unfenced areas. • Avoid any form of abuse, neglect, or abandonment of the puppy. 3. Health Guarantee • The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. • A complete vaccination and health record will be provided. • The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If a serious health condition is discovered, which is proven to be the Seller’s responsibility, the puppy may be returned for a full refund. A signed statement from the veterinarian must be provided. • The Seller will cover the return shipping costs in this case. 4. Temperament The Seller guarantees the puppy has a sound and stable temperament at the time of sale. However, the Seller is not responsible for any future behavioral issues, damages, or injuries caused by the puppy after the sale. 5. 30-Day Return Policy The Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the Buyer is not satisfied or unable to bond with the puppy, they may return it for a full refund. The puppy must be returned in good health, with all registration papers and medical records. 6. Rehoming and Transfer of Ownership • If the Buyer is ever unable to keep the puppy, the Seller must be notified and given the first option to take the puppy back. • The Buyer may not sell, lease, give away, or transfer the puppy to a pet shop, shelter, laboratory, or any similar facility. • The Seller reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of ownership to a third party. 7. Follow-up and Monitoring The Buyer agrees to allow the Seller to contact them within reasonable hours to check on the well-being of the puppy. 8. Registration The puppy is eligible for registration with the appropriate dog breed club. Registration paperwork will be provided by the Seller. 9. Agreement By signing this agreement, both the Buyer and Seller confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. 10. Payment Instructions After Signing Once this agreement is signed and returned by the Buyer, the Seller will send the Buyer payment instructions based on the Buyer’s preferred payment method. The Buyer agrees to complete payment promptly after receiving these instructions. Delivery or pickup of the puppy will be scheduled only after the full payment has been received and confirmed.
